With over a year of close partnership and shared goals, in January of 2019 global retailer Wayfair announced it would open in Springfield, Oregon its first west coast and pacific standard time zone customer service center.
Located in the beautiful north Gateway setting, the 50,000 SF Wayfair Springfield site is home to over 400 employees and set within the larger PacificSource headquarters campus.
This project became a success through close partnership and collaboration between the City, Wayfair, Business Oregon, the original building owner - Symantec, the current building owner - PacificSource and the regional chambers of commerce.
